NBCC has stepped up efforts to complete stalled Supertech housing projects by inviting 25 tenders covering construction and related works. The projects are located across Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Uttarakhand and Karnataka and together account for nearly 50,000 housing units. NBCC received the mandate to oversee their completion in 2024, with the Supreme Court later upholding its role.
