Zen Technologies to acquire majority stake in defence tech firm Cogknit Semantics for ₹135.15 crore

Zen Technologies has announced a 135.15 crore investment to acquire a 51.98 percent stake in defence tech company Cogknit Semantics Pvt Ltd, making it a subsidiary.
