Bavaguthu Raghuram Shetty, founder of NMC Healthcare and UAE Exchange, has sued Bank of Baroda and 25 other defendants in the Bombay High Court, seeking $15 billion in damages. Shetty alleges that the bank was involved in fraud that contributed to the collapse of his business empire.
