Prestige Estates shares in focus after hotel arm shelves ₹2,700 crore IPO plan

In April 2025, Prestige Estates’ subsidiary Prestige Hospitality Ventures had filed a DRHP with Sebi for an IPO. The company had planned to raise up to ₹2,700 crore through the public issue.
