Market Pulse: Key triggers to watch before the September 11 trading session

With Brent crude above $105 a barrel and no clear end to the US-Iran war in West Asia, concerns over supply disruptions remain a key worry for economies around the world, including India. US Treasury yields at multiyear highs are also raising expectations that the Federal Reserve could keep interest rates higher for longer. In India, HDFC Bank received relief from a Bahrain court, which rejected claims in all seven cases filed by investors in Credit Suisse Additional Tier 1 (AT1) bonds. Meanwhile, public sector banks are likely to see disruption on Friday as banking unions go on strike to press for five-day banking. Tata stocks will also remain in focus, with Tata Trusts scheduled to meet on September 11.
