ICICI Prudential AMC gets RBI nod to buy up to 9.95% in four banks

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company has received RBI approval to acquire up to 9.95% in CSB Bank, DCB Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank and AU Small Finance Bank.
